Drawer Pull and Knob Addiction

My name is Donna and I have a drawer knob and pull addiction. There.  I said it out loud and as they say, acknowledging it is the first step to recovery…

My stash of drawer pulls on my church flea market $2.00 curly maple Lazy Susan.

I went a little crazy at Hobby Lobby this week buying pulls and knobs. This was my first time ever looking at them there. Until recently I had no idea that they carried them or they were so many unique and interesting styles and that they are so darned beautiful!

They come in so many materials; wood, porcelain, ceramic, metal, bone and glass almost every color in the rainbow. Sigh. They are modern and vintage looking and part of the problem is that they are always and continuously on sale for half–off. Oh dear, this does not bode well for the future of my furniture makeover budget.

Some gals buy shoes and designer purses…I buy my clothes at Goodwill and save my funds for vintage furniture and drawer pulls. What can I say?

A few other great places to find knobs and pulls:

Let me know where you buy your knobs, won’t you? I’m keeping a list!
